THE ROLE: SHORT-FORM VIDEO EDITOR
This role is for someone who:
✓ Lives and breathes short-form content
✓ Studies what goes viral and can reverse-engineer it
✓ Doesn't wait to be told what to improve — they bring the analysis and the fix
✓ Wants to earn more by performing better (uncapped bonuses)
✓ Can ship 29 clips/week without being micromanaged

COMPENSATION — GET PAID TO GO VIRAL
$800 USD/month minimum
Your income safety net. Even if content production has a slow month on our side, you still earn $800. This protects you — not us.
Condition:
$10 USD per video
$1,160/month
+$20 per video per platform
How the 5X bonus works:
- Start of month: We calculate last 30-day average views per platform
- Threshold = Average × 5
- End of month: Count videos that exceeded 5X on each platform
- You earn $20 for every single hit
Example:
• Instagram avg: 500 views → 5X threshold = 2,500
First 2 months — Fixed Benchmarks (new accounts):

WHAT WE EXPECT
Quality Standards:
- 24-48 hour turnaround per clip
- Scroll-stopping hooks (first 3 seconds = make or break)
- Platform-specific optimization (9:16 vertical, trending audio, captions)
- Viral editing style (tight cuts, B-roll overlays, pattern interrupts, zero dead air)
- On-brand captions (bold text, PWG brand colors, animated)
- Zero errors in captions, timing, or audio sync
- Max 1 round of revisions per batch
Proactive Performance Ownership
Weekly Performance Report (mandatory):
- Every Friday you submit a Top 3 / Bottom 3 report:
- Your 3 best-performing clips (what worked & how to replicate)
- Your 3 worst-performing clips (what failed & what you're changing)
- 1-2 new formats/hooks you're testing next week
Communication & Attendance:
- Show up on time to all meetings, camera on, correct name
- 2 missed/late meetings in a month = performance review
- Feedback is applied immediately — don't repeat mistakes after they've been communicated
Performance Floor:
- 0 outliers for 2 consecutive months = formal review
- 3 consecutive months of 0 outliers = termination
- This is non-negotiable
